Forget what you’ve heard about Beyonce being sweet and humble. She is on Star Jones’ level of diva behavior. Her first highly publicized diva moment was during President Barack Obama’s inauguration where she had a secret service agent escort her to her car in a government vehicle. Now, the 30 year-old singer is pissing off parents at the Lenox Hill Hospital with her Fort Knox-like private wing and her obnoxious security detail.
Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly paid $1.3 million to use and renovate a private wing at the hospital, which is owned by New York University, by adding bullet proof doors and blacked out windows. According to the New York Daily News, because Beyonce thinks she is Michelle Obama, a father was allegedly turned away by her security detail and not allowed to see his premature twin daughters. He is now expecting an apology from the celebrity couple, and a few other families are considering filing a lawsuit against the hospital because they feel they are being neglected because of Beyonce.
