Don’t sit around crying broke, do something about it
0

I can’t stand it when people complain about being broke and not having money for gas, their rent, etc.
I hate it even more when I am broke.
So instead of complaining to people who could care less, I make sure I’m not broke by going after opportunities to make more money than a job will ever pay.
God has given all of us the power to create wealth, so why do so many people behave like Moses’ people in the wilderness, by complaining about their circumstances, instead of thinking positive and grabbing hold of the Lord’s promise.
If you’re money is funny, do something about it. Do something that generates an extra income. Make money, not excuses.
Obama brought change to the White House, but you can’t sit around waiting to be rescued because that day won’t come unless you luck up and win the lottery or a family member dies and leaves you an inheritance.
Until then, pick yourself up and bring change to your house.
I haven’t worked a regular job in four years. By regular job, I mean reporting to a certain location every day in exchange for an hourly rate or salary. I’ve worked from home for the last four years, and haven’t had to worry about money. I’ve taken my family to the presidential inauguration, the Michael Jackson memorial, Alaska, Beverly Hills, New York, Las Vegas and Disney, plus Universal Studios every other month.
When I was on a regular job as a sports writer, I never had money, and I took staycations instead of vacations.
On my last work-from-home job, I became the No. 1 producer from the comfort of my home, and I nearly made six figures this year. When that job started requiring me to check in daily and report to a certain location two to three times a week, I decided to turn my attention to another opportunity. You’re welcome to check it out here.
There’s nothing wrong with having a regular job. I just choose not to have one because when I had one, I was always struggling to pay my bills and never had money for travel.
Now, I’m living. I’ve been on four vacations this year, and I only work four hours a day and have plenty of time every day to clean my new house, cook dinner, take naps, visit family, help my youngest son with his homework and run whatever errands I need to. I also have the money and time to leave town whenever I want. And I never have to make excuses for not being able to go somewhere or help somebody because my time is my own and I don’t have an employer taking up most of my time.
So it’s a blessing that I don’t have to complain about not having enough money for gas, food and other basic necessities. If a regular job isn’t paying for the necessities, it’s time to do something different.
I’m no better than anybody. However, unlike many people, I believe God’s promise that if I do the possible, He will do the impossible and if I trust Him, I will overflow with prosperity. The Lord has fulfilled that promise because I choose to live in blessing instead of complaining about lack.
So I would encourage anybody who is struggling in their finances to seek new opportunities. Do something different. Make a change. Or you will stay where you are, which is probably not where you want to be.By Teneshia LaFaye
